By accessing or using Home Inspector Ultimate (the "Service"), provided by Glyftek, a Lionleaf company ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
Home Inspector Ultimate is a home inspection reporting tool that allows users to create, manage, and generate professional inspection reports. The Service includes a mobile application (iOS) and a web-based customer portal.
User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscription details, including pricing and billing cycles, are displayed at the time of purchase.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including inspection reports, photos, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glyftek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
